Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations after October 6, 2023.

NEW! LEAD CAPTURE FEATURE - Have the ability to scan an attendee's name badge and get their contact info in real-time! You will also have the ability to make notes and rate the "lead" for potential sales and opportunities to work together. To have access to this feature on the conference app, please add the "Lead Capture Feature" option to your registration!

GAMIFICATION CHALLENGE - Encourage attendees to stop by your booth by participating in our Gamification Challenge! This challenge will be on our conference app. If you'd like to join in, please add the "Gamification" option to your registration. You will need to provide a question and a clear, factual answer. For example, Question: "The office for the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water is located in what city?" Answer: "Franklin". When your question is posted through our app, attendees will need to visit your booth, ask you the question, and then submit the correct answer in our app to receive points. It is free to participate!

Shipping Info / Exhibitor Services: The Grand Wayne Convention Center will be providing all the shipping services & any additional exhibitor services you might need. Each booth includes a table, 2 chairs, & a wastebasket.
