Smith Expo is the official decorator for our event and will be providing all the pipe and drape set up, as well as all shipping services & any additional exhibitor services you might need. Each booth comes with a 6' spandex skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket (upon request), and an ID sign. (The exhibit hall is carpeted.) Click here for any additional exhibitor services.

There will be two bars - one towards the back of the Exhibit Hall and the second location would be placed right next to your booth, or depending on your setup, inside your booth space during the reception. Online registration and early bird registration for exhibitors ends February 10, 2023. Registrations after this date will incur an additional $75 late registration fee and are subject to availability. Late registrations can be made by contacting the Alliance office at (317) 789-4200.

Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations after March 3, 2023.
