Course Details:

Basics of Asset Management (am) : This course will cover important aspects of asset management programs, including assembling a team and strategies, building an asset inventory, analyzing your assets for potential failure (and planning ahead for those failures) and ensuring compliance with the various government regulations that your system must follow.

How to Deliver Great Customer Service (pm): This course has been developed for those who communicate with the customer on a daily basis and those that manage customer service operations in mind. From front desk staff to meter readers to management, every utility professional that speaks to a customer can benefit from this interactive and practical training program. Topics covered will include the importance of customer service at every level, the basics of human interactions, communication skills required for good customer service including those with the difficult customer, emerging issues in customer service, technology that can be employed to assist with improved customer service, and basic utility system operations that every staff member should know.
